(More customer reviews)This product leaked right out of the packaging and the seller, BACKSTORE, refused a refund citing their return policy that no air mattress removed from packaging was returnable.When I questioned them how one could tell if the mattress was defective or not without removing it from the package I was told I could take it up with the manufacturer.Seller has very poor customer service and treated me rudely.
