Used as my bed for 8 months from July to August, in a bed frame.

The Amazon product picture shows an external pump.The pump is actually fully internal, the cord even tucks neatly into the pump foundation.The only protrusion is for the vent manipulator (1/2 inch), and the switch (negligible).The pump filled the matress within a minute and a half up to a nice firmness.The motor was not too loud.

Twin size sheets fit perfectly, sheets did not slip or bunch.Due to the light weight of the matress, the top sheet tended to pull loose every 3 weeks or so.It didn't bother me enough to go through the trouble of anchoring the sheet.

Unlike my previous air mattress experiences, this one didn't sway and try to come out from under me when I sat on the edge.

It did lose pressure around the 6th month of use.I refilled the air and didn't have a subsequent problem.I can't tell if it had an extremely slow leak, or if the temperature drop in my room caused the pressure loss.

The pump also served to quickly and fully deflate the mattress after 8 months of use.While I was not able to fit the unit back in its box, it fit into the provided nylon bag, and even had enough room left over for one pillow.

I highly recommend this product for anyone needing a temporary bed.
